1. كيفية احتساب النقاط

• يتم منح 1 نقطة مقابل كل 1 جنيه مصري من إجمالي قيمة الطلب (قد تشمل الشحن/الضرائب حسب سياسة الموقع).
• يتم احتساب النقاط فقط عند وصول حالة الطلب إلى “مكتمل” (Completed).

Points Calculation

• Customers earn 1 point for every 1 EGP spent on the total order amount (including shipping/taxes depending on site policy).
• Points are only awarded once the order status is marked as “Completed”.

2. الطلبات المستثناة

• لا يتم منح نقاط على الطلبات غير المدفوعة أو غير المكتملة.
• الطلبات الملغاة أو الفاشلة أو المرتجعة لا يتم احتساب نقاط لها.

Excluded Orders

• No points are awarded for unpaid or incomplete orders.
• Cancelled, failed, or refunded orders do not qualify for points.

3. الإرجاع والاسترجاع

• في حالة استرجاع الطلب بالكامل، يتم خصم النقاط الممنوحة لنفس الطلب من حساب العميل.
• في حالة الإلغاء بعد الإكمال، يتم خصم النقاط المرتبطة بالطلب من الحساب.
• قد لا يتم منح نقاط في حالة الاسترجاع الجزئي (طبقًا لسياسة كل منتج).

Returns & Refunds

• If an order is fully refunded, the points granted for that order will be deducted from the customer’s account.
• If an order is cancelled after completion, the points awarded for that order will be deducted.
• Partial refunds may not qualify for points (subject to each product’s return policy).

4. حساب الضيوف (بدون تسجيل)

• النقاط تمنح فقط للحسابات المسجَّلة على الموقع.
• الطلبات التي تتم كـ “ضيف” (Guest Checkout) لا تُضاف لها نقاط إلا إذا تم إنشاء حساب بنفس البريد الإلكتروني.

Guest Accounts (Non-Registered Users)

• Points are awarded only to registered accounts.
• Orders placed as a “Guest Checkout” will not receive points unless a registered account is created using the same email address.

5. صلاحية النقاط

• النقاط صالحة للاستخدام في المشتريات المستقبلية داخل الموقع فقط.
• لا يمكن استبدال النقاط نقدًا أو تحويلها لأشخاص آخرين.

Points Validity

• Points are valid for future purchases made on this website only.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users.

6. الحد الأدنى للاستخدام

• يجب أن يتجاوز إجمالي الطلب 1 جنيه ليتم احتساب النقاط.
• يحق للموقع تعديل الحد الأدنى للاستخدام في أي وقت.

Minimum Requirement

• The total order amount must exceed 1 EGP for points to be awarded.
• The website reserves the right to adjust the minimum requirement at any time.

7. تعديلات وشروط عامة

• يحق لإدارة الموقع تعديل أو إيقاف برنامج النقاط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
• في حالة وجود خطأ تقني أو إساءة استخدام، يحق للموقع تعديل/إلغاء النقاط.

General Terms & Modifications

• The website reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
• In case of technical errors or misuse, the website reserves the right to adjust or revoke points.
